1. Refund Eligibility for Hosting Packages

1.1 Shared Hosting Packages: We offer a 15 day money back guarantee for the newly purchased hosting plans. If in case you don’t like our shared hosting services or if they are not according to your needs or any other reason you can request us your full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase.

1.2 Reseller Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers: Regarding to the reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers if you have purchased from us and after purchase for any reason you are satisfied with these services then within first 7 days of your initial purchase you can request your full amount refund.

 

2.1 Refund Regarding Web Design, Web Development, Application Development and Software Development Services:

2.1 Web Design and Web Development Services: Handling refunds for these services are done on case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us as fast as possible to discuss your issues. We will discuss the issues and may offer partial or full refund.

2.2 Application Development and Software Development Services: Handling refund for application development and software development also done on case by case basis. Same as in this case you have to contact us as fast as possible to discuss your issues and we may offer partial or full refund.

3. Non Refundable Items and Exceptions

3.1 Domain Name Registrations: It is important to note that domain names amount are non-refundable once the domain is registered and domain name cannot be edited once it is registered so select your domain name carefully. 

 3.2 Renewals: Hosting renewal payments are also non refundable. To stop hosting renewals you have to inform us to cancel your services.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 You can request a refund by contacting us through below mentioned email or phone number.

4.2 Also please provide us following details when requesting a refund:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Your Purchase Invoice ID
  • Reason for this refund request
  • Any other information and details regarding to the problem or issue you are facing

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Once we received you refund request we may contact you to discuss about the reason and information you have provided us for further clarification.   

5.2 When your request for the refund is approved you will get the refund within 7 to 15 business days and refund will be issued through bank transfer or the method you have used when you have purchased the services.

 

6. Modification to This Refund Policy

6.1 We at Host Interlink reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy any time and any changes we made in this policy will be effective at the time it is live here on this page.
